HMR-Second generation of coolant recycling system. Designed to recycle used emulsion which are contaminated with sludges ( origins from grinding, casting debris ,composite materials..) ,tramp oil and bacteria. Based on the earlier mobile Auto Back Wash Drum filter which was designed for machining applications (turning & milling), the filtration module been replaced with a media type Hydrostatic deep filtration unit capable to remove particles down to 10 micron on various flow rates . Blinded media is automatically replaced and disposed in the integral bin.
The system have an integrated Coalecsing Tramp oil Separator followed by a secondary oil separation to return residual coolant ,air bubbling and Ozone generator to treat bacteria and fungus.
System can be used as a mobile or stationary system-HMR. When stationary application is chosen HSR, system can be combined with the RO and Emulsion preparation system in order to maintain the right coolant concentration before resent to machines. In such a case, system is located in the swarf room, receive used emulsion from the machining department ( by fork lifts, vacuum sump cleaners, piping ..) , recycle it and return it to factory again. Its although a reasonable solution for small size factories who cant aford investment in central systems. Then unit is connected to the MC’s tanks in the factory by pipes and auto valves. Periodically system take and replace a certain amount of coolant. One machine at a time .So during the day all machines sumps are recycled.
Our customer dramatically reduced coolant disposal and new concentrate purchasing.
